Depuis c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable enfer, entre l&rsquo;incertitude dans laquelle on nous plonge, les sympt\u00f4mes et les diagnostics sur la sant\u00e9 mentale de mon fils qui avait 12 ans \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de cette arr\u00eat dans les refuges, j&rsquo;ai organis\u00e9 des discussions, distribu\u00e9 des plaquettes et donn\u00e9 des cours de yoga pour sensibiliser. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s dure, nous ne partirons \u00e9videmment pas sur le GR20 mais en itin\u00e9rance en Corse sur le Mare \u00e0 Mare sud. Nous aurons le m\u00eame objectif : sensibiliser, pr\u00e9venir, \u00e9changer et t\u00e9moigner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9venu d\u00e9j\u00e0 les campings, refuges et mairies des endroits dans lesquels nous passerons et nous avons eu \u00e0 chaque fois un tr\u00e8s bel accueil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensemble, avec notre sac \u00e0 dos et notre tente, nous allons parcourir une centaine de kilom\u00e8tres si tout se passe bien sur les sentiers corses \u00e0 partir du 14 juillet, pour sensibiliser les randonneurs et traileurs et partager notre bonne humeur.&#x1f4a5;<br><br>Nous sommes excit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de vivre ensemble cette aventure sportive en mode rando \/ trail \/ running (selon la forme du jour&#x1f609;) et de rencontrer des randonneurs.&#x1f609;<br><br>Nous esp\u00e9rons que notre belle complicit\u00e9 n\u2019en sera que renforc\u00e9e !&#x1f92a;<br><br>Je sensibilise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les traileurs, ultra traileurs et runners que je croise et suis souvent sollicit\u00e9e&#x1f609; : avec mini Bee, nous ne souhaitons pas que cette mauvaise exp\u00e9rience arrive \u00e0 d\u2019autres\u2026&#x1f4a5;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"765\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/francelyme.fr\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2023-Beerunneuse-Mare-a-Mare-Sud-UN-GR-POUR-THEO-CONTRE-LYME.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14883\" srcset=\"https:\/\/francelyme.fr\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2023-Beerunneuse-Mare-a-Mare-Sud-UN-GR-POUR-THEO-CONTRE-LYME.jpg 765w, https:\/\/francelyme.fr\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2023-Beerunneuse-Mare-a-Mare-Sud-UN-GR-POUR-THEO-CONTRE-LYME-300x230.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 765px) 100vw, 765px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FL <\/strong>: Pourquoi la course ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Christelle <\/strong>: La premi\u00e8re fois que je l\u2019ai entendue, je venais de boucler mon premier dix kilom\u00e8tres en 45 minutes et 47 secondes. Je me souviens de la fiert\u00e9 que j\u2019avais \u00e9prouv\u00e9e simplement pour avoir termin\u00e9 ma course.
