deuxi\u00e8me qui d\u00e9taille nos 12 propositions, aux plans \u00ab&nbsp;politique&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;m\u00e9dical et scientifique&nbsp;\u00bb, et \u00ab&nbsp;social et
