Voici les enseignements qu\u2019il tire de son exp\u00e9rience de plus de 30 ans, en ayant trait\u00e9 plus de 12 000 patients, et en r\u00e9sumant ses publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les traitements antibiotiques, de nombreux patients Lyme continuent de souffrir de fatigue, de douleurs articulaires et de brouillard c\u00e9r\u00e9bral. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, connu sous le nom de PTLDS, reste mal compris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Quelles sont les causes possibles du PTLDS&nbsp;?<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Infections chroniques et inflammation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outre Borrelia, certaines infections comme Babesia, Bartonella et des virus r\u00e9activ\u00e9s peuvent persister apr\u00e8s le traitement initial, entra\u00eenant une inflammation prolong\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des approches comme la th\u00e9rapie combin\u00e9e incluant la Dapsone ou de nouveaux traitements contre Bab\u00e9sia (Taf\u00e9noquine) ont permis des r\u00e9missions chez certains patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Autres facteurs inflammatoires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Des variables comme la toxicit\u00e9 aux moisissures, les m\u00e9taux lourds, un microbiote intestinal d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9, et des carences en vitamines peuvent aggraver l\u2019inflammation et prolonger les sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
