Dans de rares cas, une neuroborr\u00e9liose peut \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9e d\u2019une vascularite c\u00e9r\u00e9brale pouvant provoquer un\u00a0accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9brale (AVC), le plus souvent isch\u00e9mique ; ce type de complication est d\u00e9crit dans la litt\u00e9rature comme exceptionnel. Nous rappelons que les signaux d\u2019alerte d\u2019un AVC sont l\u2019apparition brutale d\u2019un d\u00e9ficit neurologique, comme un trouble soudain de la parole, une paralysie ou une asym\u00e9trie du visage, et\/ou une faiblesse ou une paralysie d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du corps (bras et\/ou jambe).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"RponseTexte1\">La maladie peut \u00eatre invalidante, principalement dans le contexte du Lyme long (PTLDS).
